WHO ARE WE?
Primavera Aromatherapy is located in the historic
village of Mells, close to Frome in Somerset. The company, which was
established in 1986, employs local people and is owned by its founder and
Managing Director Anna Gwilt.
In
addition to Primavera's own skin and body care range, the company offers
tailor-made formulation development and bulk manufacturing services. For 15
years, Primavera has designed and produced own-label products for a number of
high-profile beauty brands distributed around the world. |

| ABOUT ANNA |
The creative force behind
Primavera - Anna Gwilt - spent 30 years in practice as a registered naturopath
and osteopath. At her highly successful clinic, Anna noted that many of her
patients were presenting skin conditions as part of their overall symptoms. She
therefore began to formulate natural skin-care products to help alleviate her
patients' problems, and to improve the overall health and texture of their
skin.

During this time, Anna
also studied clinical aromatherapy, and gradually introduced this knowledge
into her practice. Now acknowledged as a leading figure in the natural
skin-care industry, Anna has recently presented her paper, "The Role of
Essential Oils in Skin-care", at the Actives Ingredients Conference in
Paris. |
It quickly became clear
that Anna's skin-care products were special. Her patients returned again and
again to replenish their supply of the precious formulations. Word spread
beyond the village of Mells and, before long, the Primavera brand had developed
a dedicated following among the beauty-care cognoscenti. |

Anna has brought together her
passion for Aromatherapy with her concerns over known irritants in beauty
products to create a new skin-care range.
