GENERAL INFORMATION

Primavera reserves the right to make changes to products and prices without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current chargeable rate.

COPYRIGHT

The contents of this site are protected by copyright; you may view, print and download the contents for personal use. The contents may not be used for commercial use.

SECURITY

Primavera uses Secpay to collect online payment for goods. Payments are made on the Secpay secure server; this can be checked by looking for the padlock symbol in the bottom of your screen. Primavera does not receive information about your chosen payment method. We do not have access to your credit card details.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Once orders and payment confirmation has been received, we will endeavour to despatch your order within three working days, but please allow 14 days for delivery within the UK.

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or our chosen courier.

Postal rates are:
£ 3.75 for all deliveries within the UK.
£ 7.50 for deliveries within Europe up to 1kg. Orders over 1kg will be quoted for dependant on the weight of the parcel
£10.00 for deliveries to the rest of the world up to 1kg. Orders over 1kg to be quoted for dependant on the weight of the parcel.
We do not deliver to the USA or Canada.

Whilst we make every effort to secure our packaging, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or delay to our products in transit.

If we accidentally despatch an incorrect item, please return the goods to Primavera, if possible re-using the packaging in which the order arrived and enclosing a copy of your invoice. We will offer a full refund, or exchange and reimburse your postage. Primavera cannot accept back goods that have been opened or tampered with. All returns must be made within 30 days.
